Data controller#
The controller of personal data processed on lawbenchmark.pl is Kancelaria Radców Prawnych Żurawska Piotrowski i Wspólnicy sp.k. (KTZR), a Polish limited partnership with its registered office in Gdańsk. Data protection enquiries: a.piotrowski@ktzr.pl. Correspondence sent to this address is handled under the KTZR privacy policy (Polish).
Google Analytics#
The site uses Google Analytics 4 only with your consent. Until you click "Accept" in the box at the bottom of the page, no Google script is loaded and no analytics cookies are stored. After consent, Google Analytics collects information on the pages visited, clicks (including report downloads and visits to the repository), approximate location, device and browser type, and the referring page. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. We use these data only in aggregate statistics, to learn which materials are read.
- Legal basis: your consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and the consent to storing information on your terminal device required by electronic-communications law.

_gaand_ga_…, valid for up to two years. - Recipient: Google Ireland Limited as processor. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
- Retention: event data in Google Analytics for 14 months.
How to change your decision#
You can withdraw or renew your consent at any time through the Cookie settings link in the footer. Withdrawal deletes the analytics cookies and does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. Your choice is stored in the browser's storage, without a cookie.

You have the right of access to your data, to rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). We take no automated decisions on the basis of these data.
